Product Characteristics and their descriptions

1. Good quality with the frame made of Stainless steel #304, the filling part Stainless steel #304,

 all important parts are made with the technology of laser cutting and shaping at a time ,And with

 its mould being made of aluminum alloy, treated by the advanced technology of thermolizating, 

it can resist the erosion of the common food material.

2. The transmission speed is controlled by the HLP frequency converter.

3. The electric controlling system is made with the standard of CE authentification, and the

 eletric control box is equipped with capillary groove and monitoring system with a 485  

interface port.

4. Equipped with torque force-limited transmission system for safety;

5. Stainless steel gear and chain of the transmission system meet the requirement of GMP;

6. Equipped with self-alarm and emergency stop device when the heating pipe is burn-out;

7. with a temperature adjusting range of 20-250, the PLC temperature controlling system is able to sense the temperature automatically and to alarm the malfunction. by the sensing temperature of the thermocouple, it can stop the machine working under low air pressure, thus the reliability and the stability increased;

8. Motor model: Taiwan Chenggang transmission motor, able to regulate the speed steplessly with the changing of the frequency;

9. The film detecting sensor adopts the detecting of the color code photoelectric switch ;

10. With two emergency stop switches on each side of the main body and one on the control panel make the operation more safe;  

11. All electric parts such as the switches and buttons have passed the CE authentification, reliable in quality and stable in performance;

in sealing the cup-packaged food and beverage, such as water, Soya-bean milk, milk, Guiling Jelly and other jellies, etc..

13. Its automation part adopts Japans MITSUBISHI PLC and the human man machine interface. By applying the microcomputer-controlled system, all processes, such as cup-placing, conveying, filling, air-driven sucking and placing of film, and hot sealing etc. can be modified based on the needs.
